Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Allied Vision Technologies GC2450 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Anderson-Instrument products, including obsoleted and phased-out Alnor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Aro product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Anderson-Instrument such as the FH301790910000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the A6IL0001076 manufactured by Alnor and we are pleased to be able to service most Alnor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ANASKABBAB200 by Manufacturer Aro as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Aros-Electronics Brand A1059D in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Amston-Scales such as ASKL2365K equipment made by Amston-Scales have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Amston-Scales products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Amston-Scales" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available TPP01212311G050 made by Anderson-Instruments as well as the popular SR73G00501100 original spares produced by Anderson

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 930379700 by Ametek and ASKL2365K spares by Amston-Scales are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DP72003XM46 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Anaheim-Automation.
