Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Amb Madison ABM300-70-ULC2-PVPVC parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Apex-Dynamics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Asb parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Asco product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Apex-Dynamics such as the AE050005 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the NEB manufactured by Asb and we are pleased to be able to service most Asb systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 8210B056 by Manufacturer Asco as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Ando Brand AQ743 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Answer-Engineering such as 1131U1A02 equipment made by Answer-Engineering have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Answer-Engineering products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Answer-Engineering" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 82207 made by Asco as well as the popular AZBF original spares produced by Amk

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PS3306iR by Api-Controls and 1131U1A02 spares by Answer-Engineering are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1TG3030D2C1XX Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Analogic.
