Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Amp 77L-41-C16-2500BKI parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Anderson-Instrument-Co products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ann-Arbor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Anritsu product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Anderson-Instrument-Co such as the SR066M00501100 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the INX6000 manufactured by Ann-Arbor and we are pleased to be able to service most Ann-Arbor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MA2442A by Manufacturer Anritsu as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Andover-Controls Brand ch2001290DO4ORS485 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Amt such as 541095 equipment made by Amt have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Amt products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Amt" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available LCX8001 made by Andover-Controls as well as the popular HD70C488S original spares produced by Andras-System

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RTI817 by Analog-Devices and 541095 spares by Amt are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original D413407 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Analogic.
