Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Ann Arbor Technologies INX6P133-TFT parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Copley products, including obsoleted and phased-out Baldor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Custom-Servo-Motor-Inc product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Copley such as the 8001673B spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ZD22H415EL manufactured by Baldor and we are pleased to be able to service most Baldor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MPA03154 by Manufacturer Custom-Servo-Motor-Inc as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Abb Brand 2163PAF150CJB6P in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Allen-Bradley such as 1333 equipment made by Allen-Bradley have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Allen-Bradley products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Allen-Bradley" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PS5112110M09 made by Electro-Cam as well as the popular LPS255 original spares produced by Astec

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 221340 by Rofin-sinar-Siemens and 1333 spares by Allen-Bradley are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ACH401b00532 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Abb.
