Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Artesyn Technologies NITRO260-50-32MB-P5 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Square-D products, including obsoleted and phased-out Det-Tronics parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Modicon product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Square-D such as the PJL36120 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the R6006C1008 manufactured by Det-Tronics and we are pleased to be able to service most Det-Tronics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PCE984381 by Manufacturer Modicon as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Cincinnati Brand OC35313674A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Merlin-Gerin such as NT16HA equipment made by Merlin-Gerin have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Merlin-Gerin products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Merlin-Gerin" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available OFL760A26 made by Seiko as well as the popular NPL8316B74E original spares produced by Asco

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the pci3610d by Adlink and NT16HA spares by Merlin-Gerin are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PLE3ESDG02 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ge.
