Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Artos Legacy 916BD2 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Asahi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Asco parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Asea product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Asahi such as the 592XWJ spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SC32D manufactured by Asco and we are pleased to be able to service most Asco systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature QH7432668170318 by Manufacturer Asea as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Abb Brand 302A03LT in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Asco such as OPSP8320G130 equipment made by Asco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Asco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Asco" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available EG6302 made by Ase as well as the popular Jan55 original spares produced by Asic

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 487066510 by Asg and OPSP8320G130 spares by Asco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CEM3546T Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Reliance-Electric.
