Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Asahi America A94W parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Asco products, including obsoleted and phased-out Automation-Control-Group parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Autocon product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Asco such as the SC8210G4MO spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 110165MX manufactured by Automation-Control-Group and we are pleased to be able to service most Automation-Control-Group systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 9506 by Manufacturer Autocon as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Autotech-Controls Brand SACRL220G010S in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Asco such as 8342G001MS equipment made by Asco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Asco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Asco" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available X8210D3M01367 made by Asco as well as the popular 12N0175 original spares produced by Atc

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 831674 by Asco and 8342G001MS spares by Asco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RCM01 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Aucom.
