Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Atlas Copco 4240 5003 00 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Omron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Omron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Fanuc product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Omron such as the NV3QMR41 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the NS10TV00BV2 manufactured by Omron and we are pleased to be able to service most Omron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A02B0211C050 by Manufacturer Fanuc as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Fenner Brand MTRIM2MTRIM2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Fuji such as V808SD equipment made by Fuji have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Fuji products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Fuji" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available TB417 made by Tbi-Bailey as well as the popular FX3U48MRESA original spares produced by Mitsubishi

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SGMGV09ADC6CSGDV7R6A01A by Yaskawa and V808SD spares by Fuji are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 66C2055G01 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cutler-Hammer.
