Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Atlas Copco ETD M 08 ABL parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Automatedlogic products, including obsoleted and phased-out Automated-Packaging parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Automation-Direct product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Automatedlogic such as the M8102nx spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 405282 manufactured by Automated-Packaging and we are pleased to be able to service most Automated-Packaging systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EA7T10C08Z10B004 by Manufacturer Automation-Direct as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Atlas-Copco Brand RBUGOLD in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Optimation-Inc such as P232NE3 equipment made by Optimation-Inc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Optimation-Inc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Optimation-Inc" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SR33195 made by Optimation-Inc as well as the popular E150CWDC300 original spares produced by Autofeed

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the D216TD12 by Automation-Direct and P232NE3 spares by Optimation-Inc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MS4SMAPADC Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Automation-Direct.
