Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Atlas Copco PF4000-G-EIP-HW parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Automation-Direct products, including obsoleted and phased-out Automation-Direct parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Optimation-Inc product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Automation-Direct such as the P216TA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the D216TD12 manufactured by Automation-Direct and we are pleased to be able to service most Automation-Direct systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EA7T6CLR by Manufacturer Optimation-Inc as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Atlas-Copco Brand QMR9047R in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Automatrix such as 070053200AV3 equipment made by Automatrix have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Automatrix products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Automatrix" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 38211046 made by Automation-Industries as well as the popular BB1616DT original spares produced by Digital

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the D216ND32DL205 by Automation-Direct and 070053200AV3 spares by Automatrix are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
