Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Autocon Technologies 415-0608-901 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Automation-Direct products, including obsoleted and phased-out Axon-Micrelec-Elo-Posbank parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Automated-Logic product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Automation-Direct such as the D2320CPUwithD204B1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AXNPM15SeriePOS1300 manufactured by Axon-Micrelec-Elo-Posbank and we are pleased to be able to service most Axon-Micrelec-Elo-Posbank systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature UNI30 by Manufacturer Automated-Logic as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Avatar Brand A3P4860S05 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Automation-Direct such as 3811099602 equipment made by Automation-Direct have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the VWVAM05 by Axiomtek and 3811099602 spares by Automation-Direct are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original M8102 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Automated-Logic.
