Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Automation Direct EA1-T4CL parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Unico products, including obsoleted and phased-out Eaton parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Panasonic product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Unico such as the IWS1834004 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ELCGP02 manufactured by Eaton and we are pleased to be able to service most Eaton systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GT11AIGT2030H by Manufacturer Panasonic as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Nematron Brand IC63A2JB910401 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Allen-Bradley such as F003800146 equipment made by Allen-Bradley have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available HMI520T007E made by Maple-Systems as well as the popular GP410L1 original spares produced by Digital

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the JANCDGSP06HPZ10B by Matsuura and F003800146 spares by Allen-Bradley are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
