Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the A-zkd ZXB-24-204.8BM-G05L parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Bplus products, including obsoleted and phased-out B--R-Automation parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Bassel product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Bplus such as the RPE21804NPU02 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ECNT431 manufactured by B--R-Automation and we are pleased to be able to service most B--R-Automation systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EA98ASI0 by Manufacturer Bassel as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has B--R-Automation Brand 8JSA24E9080D0000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Peco such as B4465RV3 equipment made by Peco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Peco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Peco" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available ECNI43 made by B--R-Automation as well as the popular B2517804 original spares produced by B--R-Automation

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 4PP220057145 by Ge-Fanuc and B4465RV3 spares by Peco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 5P8144705000001 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer B--R-Automation.
