Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Balluff Micropulse BTL5-A11-M0610-Z-SU051-S32 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Banner products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bbi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Beck product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Banner such as the MSCA155184 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BPSC20 manufactured by Bbi and we are pleased to be able to service most Bbi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 111560490820101 by Manufacturer Beck as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Banner Brand 73609 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Basler such as A631f equipment made by Basler have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Basler products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Basler" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available HEDT300355R1 made by Bbc as well as the popular PBL24 original spares produced by Barden

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the A601F by Basler-Vision-Technologies and A631f spares by Basler are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 117298 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Banner-Engineering.
