Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the B & R Automation X20 PD 0012 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Brooks-Automation products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bracket parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Browning product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Brooks-Automation such as the 002709005 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 179905 manufactured by Bracket and we are pleased to be able to service most Bracket systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 3MVB74Q by Manufacturer Browning as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has B--R-Automation Brand X20PD0012 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Brother such as B5210476 equipment made by Brother have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Brother products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Brother" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 237Q56LR50 made by Browning as well as the popular 33941 original spares produced by Brady

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 44 by Brook-Crompton and B5210476 spares by Brother are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 2F4S1DM420 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Brinkmann.
