Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Banner Engineering PPROCAM1.3S parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Bartec products, including obsoleted and phased-out Baumuller parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Bei product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Bartec such as the 1771KB3501 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GHTS46 manufactured by Baumuller and we are pleased to be able to service most Baumuller systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 010028291 by Manufacturer Bei as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Beckhoff Brand ZD18H440 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Baumer-Electric such as FLDM equipment made by Baumer-Electric have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Baumer-Electric products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Baumer-Electric" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available BIIV58Q1605A2500 made by Baumer as well as the popular W89251 original spares produced by Baumer

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the A641F by Basler and FLDM spares by Baumer-Electric are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SLE34 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bardac-Drives.
