Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Banner Engineering USE2024Y parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Acuity products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bently-Nevada parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Dynapar product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Acuity such as the CAM610111 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 210000236001200302 manufactured by Bently-Nevada and we are pleased to be able to service most Bently-Nevada systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature R561024100322 by Manufacturer Dynapar as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Bei Brand GZMA120200003 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Chromalox such as 4VV4100001 equipment made by Chromalox have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Chromalox products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Chromalox" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 022K1510101 made by Baumer as well as the popular AKS32 original spares produced by Danfoss

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 9303006 by Honeywell and 4VV4100001 spares by Chromalox are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 80057411 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cognex.
