Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Beta Tech BC-FSC-0505-009 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Lafert products, including obsoleted and phased-out Erni parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Bodine product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Lafert such as the ST71C4U spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 6120521529 manufactured by Erni and we are pleased to be able to service most Erni systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature KL124T3 by Manufacturer Bodine as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Bodine Brand 0683BXEF0059 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Rad such as SMAISSE equipment made by Rad have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rad products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rad" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 22100800002 made by Bioteco as well as the popular 6120521221 original spares produced by Bircher

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TBA12100EMTBA12100EK32M by Bimba and SMAISSE spares by Rad are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 33A5BEPMGB Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bodine.
