Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Brandt Instruments QC1004937-PI-CPT4133 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Browning products, including obsoleted and phased-out Browning parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 David-Brown product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Browning such as the 75PM56EF spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the NSS8P48 manufactured by Browning and we are pleased to be able to service most Browning systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 5011HP2 by Manufacturer David-Brown as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Browning Brand 3000140LR20 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Bridgeport such as 18568 equipment made by Bridgeport have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bridgeport products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bridgeport" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 002847802 made by Brooks-Automation as well as the popular AB12C2064E4 original spares produced by Brother

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 15HB1LR20 by Browning and 18568 spares by Bridgeport are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RH0003 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Browning.
