Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Brooks Automation Aculign 8, p/n 002-7391-08 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Bryant products, including obsoleted and phased-out Brunswick parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Brother product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Bryant such as the 664X63D spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M11817003 manufactured by Brunswick and we are pleased to be able to service most Brunswick systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GF18N005BWMYG2NX by Manufacturer Brother as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Browning Brand U01E435N in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Bystronic such as B702111 equipment made by Bystronic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bystronic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bystronic" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 704722 made by Bystronic as well as the popular 84516020 original spares produced by Burster

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the G3K18N020BMK4A by Brother and B702111 spares by Bystronic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 213 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Browning.
