Btg Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Btg MBT-100 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Btg MBT-100 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the MBT-100 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our MBT-100 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Saia such as the PCD7R550M04 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the P1000TT9991 manufactured by Axiom and we are pleased to be able to service most Axiom systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PCS090 by Manufacturer Lauer as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Dt-Kalish Brand MD020329 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Monitech such as ML104CN1200 equipment made by Monitech have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the NIDI01 by Bailey and ML104CN1200 spares by Monitech are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
