Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Carl Zeiss 608489-9914 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Cincinnati products, including obsoleted and phased-out Chi-Mei parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Cd-Automation product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Cincinnati such as the CMDCI spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the G150X1L01 manufactured by Chi-Mei and we are pleased to be able to service most Chi-Mei systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CD3000HB by Manufacturer Cd-Automation as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Carotron Brand RCP202000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Cincinnati such as 1009450106 equipment made by Cincinnati have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cincinnati products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cincinnati" in the search box. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LCT64 by Citizen and 1009450106 spares by Cincinnati are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original IS340010 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cognex.
