Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Cleveland products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cmc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Cnc product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Cleveland such as the RC5 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MAM11299 manufactured by Cmc and we are pleased to be able to service most Cmc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TX505 by Manufacturer Cnc as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Cognex Brand 460118375 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Csr such as A520011247 equipment made by Csr have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Csr products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Csr" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 80057451SS1DUN01694CIO1400 made by Cognex as well as the popular 80057401RevG original spares produced by Cognex
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the InSight101080057491RevP by Cognex and A520011247 spares by Csr are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
