Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Computer California Design CDS-FXB17 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Vortex products, including obsoleted and phased-out Chase-Controls parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Cellwatch product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Vortex such as the VCI142 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CC2000 manufactured by Chase-Controls and we are pleased to be able to service most Chase-Controls systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 721004 by Manufacturer Cellwatch as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Ceac Brand PA020178 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Chromalox such as 156019156325 equipment made by Chromalox have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Chromalox products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Chromalox" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available COB12510037 made by Century as well as the popular 11911100132 original spares produced by United-Technologies

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the K56AB38E92 by Century and 156019156325 spares by Chromalox are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CFH65K Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Challenger.
