Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Control Technology P3-01A parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Converteam products, including obsoleted and phased-out Crane parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Crown product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Converteam such as the CPASA1AFA4D2C3 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 44010M10C manufactured by Crane and we are pleased to be able to service most Crane systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 103961 by Manufacturer Crown as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Copley-Controls Brand 800787 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Cosel such as PBW50F15PBW50F15N equipment made by Cosel have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cosel products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cosel" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 24248SD made by Cooper as well as the popular 505CP5434 original spares produced by Control-Technology

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3453916 by Croschopp and PBW50F15PBW50F15N spares by Cosel are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original D1082A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Control-o-mation.
