Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Cutler-hammer 1164A-202 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Datalogic products, including obsoleted and phased-out Eaton parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Endress product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Datalogic such as the RT104556T spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1372AS3335 manufactured by Eaton and we are pleased to be able to service most Eaton systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PM0731S51C4M11N1 by Manufacturer Endress as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Endress-Hauser Brand CPS4712ESB1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Det-tronics such as PIR9400A3L00 equipment made by Det-tronics have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Det-tronics products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Det-tronics" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available FM18 made by Grecon as well as the popular TPT432A3M618T47 original spares produced by Dynisco

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PR13NBI024W by Foxboro and PIR9400A3L00 spares by Det-tronics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FTM51AGJ2P4A13AA Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Endress-Hauser.
