Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Cutler-hammer FDC4030L parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sew-Eurodrive products, including obsoleted and phased-out Yaskawa parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Omron product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sew-Eurodrive such as the KH67CM90MBRTFRH1MSB50 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the JZNCXPP20B manufactured by Yaskawa and we are pleased to be able to service most Yaskawa systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FZ2500 by Manufacturer Omron as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Asea Brand MDI32BIS in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Barber-Colman such as MCR640001A00000 equipment made by Barber-Colman have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Barber-Colman products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Barber-Colman" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MPCST21NAJ10T made by Square-D as well as the popular MR200218F original spares produced by Ircon

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the KDV22100220300KDV22100220300W1 by Indramat and MCR640001A00000 spares by Barber-Colman are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MAC041B0BS3E050B0 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Indramat.
