Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Dart Controls A-4-2356G parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Data-Instruments products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dayton parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Lakeside product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Data-Instruments such as the JP2000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3XU93 manufactured by Dayton and we are pleased to be able to service most Dayton systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature THIDF by Manufacturer Lakeside as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Data-Instruments Brand D41629 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Daytronic such as 10AI016HW30 equipment made by Daytronic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Daytronic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Daytronic" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available DBSC105KAA2705 made by Baldor as well as the popular 4Z829B original spares produced by Dayton

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 6K622Q by Dayton and 10AI016HW30 spares by Daytronic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original K0DS46A3000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Datalogic.
