Ds Diagnostic & Repair Services

Our services for the Ds DS-S-T1 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the DS-S-T1 if necessary. Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Siemens such as the 6AV35151MA201AA0 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PCS095 manufactured by Hergeth-Hollingsworth and we are pleased to be able to service most Hergeth-Hollingsworth systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 2711B6C82711B6C10 by Manufacturer Allen-Bradley as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Samkoon Brand SA121A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Bradley such as S65249A equipment made by Bradley have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bradley products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bradley" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SGDV1R6A11B made by Yaskawa as well as the popular ICC5000PC1 original spares produced by Nematron
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BS45AA by Balogh and S65249A spares by Bradley are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original A02B0311B520 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fanuc.
