Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Eagle Signal HP57A6 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Eagle-Signal products, including obsoleted and phased-out Eastern-Instruments parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Cutler-Hammer product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Eagle-Signal such as the TM10A61701 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DCE3200 manufactured by Eastern-Instruments and we are pleased to be able to service most Eastern-Instruments systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ATC600 by Manufacturer Cutler-Hammer as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Eaton Brand E53KAL30A2EA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Eagleburgmann such as 6544610 equipment made by Eagleburgmann have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Eagleburgmann products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Eagleburgmann" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available ECN5412AAA made by Cutler-Hammer as well as the popular 511H119341 original spares produced by Cutler-Hammer

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HA410A6 by Gulf-Western-Eagle-Signal and 6544610 spares by Eagleburgmann are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 401640001 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Eaton.
