Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Eaton-kenway PT 22550 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Kawasaki products, including obsoleted and phased-out Other parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Nachi product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Kawasaki such as the P60B13200LCX2C spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the othermodule manufactured by Other and we are pleased to be able to service most Other systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MSMA30V3 by Manufacturer Nachi as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Allen-Bradley Brand PS115100SH in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by North-American such as NA184T52 equipment made by North-American have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire North-American products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "North-American" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available N269337 made by Fanuc as well as the popular PG115030 original spares produced by Bayside

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the NR23S010 by Bayside and NA184T52 spares by North-American are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original N23021F04AA Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Allen-Bradley.
