Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Electro Craft S-3016-N-H01AA 6033-03-809 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Elpro products, including obsoleted and phased-out Electroswitch parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Elographics product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Elpro such as the 905UGPR1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 2424E manufactured by Electroswitch and we are pleased to be able to service most Electroswitch systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature E271150C by Manufacturer Elographics as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Eltra Brand EL63D1B50ZL9X3MA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Elrest such as 247111 equipment made by Elrest have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Elrest products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Elrest" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available M70103400062 made by Emerson as well as the popular B11362 original spares produced by Electron-Machine-Co.

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 41107A203 by Eleg and 247111 spares by Elrest are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original M433FNN09T08 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Elwood.
