Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Electro Industries SHARK 100-60-10-V3-D2-485P parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Electro-Craft products, including obsoleted and phased-out Elmo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Electromatic product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Electro-Craft such as the DM2091011002 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SSA1255 manufactured by Elmo and we are pleased to be able to service most Elmo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature S120166120 by Manufacturer Electromatic as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Electro-oprical Brand 3346894 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Electrovert such as 25001382000 equipment made by Electrovert have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Electrovert products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Electrovert" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 27R1 made by Electronic-Machine--Inc. as well as the popular U053815 original spares produced by Elox

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ET1247L8CWA1 by Elo and 25001382000 spares by Electrovert are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CEL3100C6 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Elmo.
