Elmo Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Elmo DBAF-25 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Elmo DBAF-25 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the DBAF-25 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our DBAF-25 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Endress-Hauser products, including obsoleted and phased-out Era parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Emerson product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Endress-Hauser such as the CM42CPA001EAE00 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PPTFSR810PP manufactured by Era and we are pleased to be able to service most Era systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DXM316CB by Manufacturer Emerson as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Emerson Brand 96008401 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Emware such as NCHDC5500111 equipment made by Emware have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Emware products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Emware" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available FDU48018 made by Emotron as well as the popular 96010003 original spares produced by Emerson
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the S1T by Emotron-B.v and NCHDC5500111 spares by Emware are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 01A0124 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Encorp.
