Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Endress & Hauser 33AT04-AD1ED11F22A parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Foxboro products, including obsoleted and phased-out Abb parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Westinghouse product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Foxboro such as the 3F8R2DPA1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3HAC14621 manufactured by Abb and we are pleased to be able to service most Abb systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 5032149G01 by Manufacturer Westinghouse as well.

Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 574012 by Reliance-Electric and 33AT04AD1ED11F22A spares by Endress--Hauser are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
