Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Endress & Hauser 83F50-CFTAA9ABBAA2 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued A.m.-Lock--Cont-Co.ltd products, including obsoleted and phased-out A-O-Smith parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Aaeon product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader A.m.-Lock--Cont-Co.ltd such as the 2212361371412X9 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SP1250Z1M manufactured by A-O-Smith and we are pleased to be able to service most A-O-Smith systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature AOP8150WTA1 by Manufacturer Aaeon as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Square-D Brand 8536SIZE4 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Fanuc such as A06B0153B675 equipment made by Fanuc have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the GLR36HRGLR36HRGLR36HGLT11R by Keyence and A06B0153B675 spares by Fanuc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
