Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Endress & Hauser CLS50-O6A2 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Gems products, including obsoleted and phased-out Gds-Corporation parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Fisher product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Gems such as the 25872 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 100248 manufactured by Gds-Corporation and we are pleased to be able to service most Gds-Corporation systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature REVAIP150125033110325000 by Manufacturer Fisher as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Fox-Industries Brand 10A30REM in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Gems such as 160195 equipment made by Gems have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Gems products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Gems" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 871PH1X1A made by Foxboro as well as the popular 150857 original spares produced by Festo

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 12P0097X012 by Fisher and 160195 spares by Gems are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original D0160RR Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Foxboro.
