Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Endress & Hauser FMP52-AAACCICBAEK+AA parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Esec products, including obsoleted and phased-out Entek parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Esi product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Esec such as the 40248120 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 6622HS manufactured by Entek and we are pleased to be able to service most Entek systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 24971 by Manufacturer Esi as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Epson Brand RC420RC420Seiko2000CACR02SU3CY13N3408104 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Enterasys such as C2G12448 equipment made by Enterasys have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available EZTEC3 made by Eriez as well as the popular EC88A02 original spares produced by Engel

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ESALYB271511 by Esa and C2G12448 spares by Enterasys are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original E156486 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Erg.
