Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Endress & Hauser TSP-9084 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Entwirrungsprint-1 products, including obsoleted and phased-out Entran parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Endress--Hauser product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Entwirrungsprint-1 such as the 4004301 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ELFTC5001050010 manufactured by Entran and we are pleased to be able to service most Entran systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FTL51PGM2CB5E5A by Manufacturer Endress--Hauser as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Entronic-Controls Brand ZE544001A110 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ermaksan such as QS80M4B40H equipment made by Ermaksan have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the Ecolyzer4000 by Energetics-Science and QS80M4B40H spares by Ermaksan are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MSNMB203 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Engelhardt.
