Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Federal Pacific NJL3400 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Festo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Festo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Fenwal product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Festo such as the EPCO252503PASTE spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DGS2540PPV manufactured by Festo and we are pleased to be able to service most Festo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 5610110 by Manufacturer Fenwal as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Federal-Pioneer Brand POD830 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Fenwal such as 551 equipment made by Fenwal have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Fenwal products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Fenwal" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available FFGP16015 made by Federal-Pioneer as well as the popular 12M03112 original spares produced by Fenner

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CPV10GEMP6CPV10VICPV10VIP6M7B by Festo and 551 spares by Fenwal are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DSW32100P Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Festo.
