Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Fibro Gmbh 71918 00292 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Foote-Bros products, including obsoleted and phased-out Force-Control parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Fort-Worth product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Foote-Bros such as the G55829B spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MB056S012A5 manufactured by Force-Control and we are pleased to be able to service most Force-Control systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SC211 by Manufacturer Fort-Worth as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Gates Brand 900XXH300 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Gates such as 4005M15 equipment made by Gates have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Gates products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Gates" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 92468258 made by Gates as well as the popular M31D1B5CA original spares produced by Force-Control

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 14M48S125E by Gates and 4005M15 spares by Gates are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 8115TBU107 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Foote-Jones.
