Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Five Star Series 84 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Garlock products, including obsoleted and phased-out Gam parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Flowserve product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Garlock such as the 210863388 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the dshb140015h17840a manufactured by Gam and we are pleased to be able to service most Gam systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 63878 by Manufacturer Flowserve as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Gates Brand 14MGT156820 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Force-Control such as MB21023605 equipment made by Force-Control have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Force-Control products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Force-Control" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 14M48S20E made by Gates as well as the popular 790023908 original spares produced by Garlock

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 101700 by Formsprag and MB21023605 spares by Force-Control are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FSO400CL4215310402 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Formsprag.
