Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Fuji Electric FRN0.75G11S-2JE parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Fujitsu products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fuji-Electric parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Fuji-Electric product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Fujitsu such as the FPF8050HFUGA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TM121FJ manufactured by Fuji-Electric and we are pleased to be able to service most Fuji-Electric systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FH1139A1 by Manufacturer Fuji-Electric as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Fuji-Electric Brand FRV300AZROR in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Fusion such as ASSY512201 equipment made by Fusion have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Fusion products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Fusion" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available ZS20 made by Zentralschmiersteuerung as well as the popular SY155C4 original spares produced by Giddings--Lewis

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 14HP32A81 by Furnas and ASSY512201 spares by Fusion are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MB2476 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Flex.
