Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the General Eastern D-2-SR parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Giddings--Lewis products, including obsoleted and phased-out Graco-Matrix parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Grove-Gear product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Giddings--Lewis such as the HSM845 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 117256 manufactured by Graco-Matrix and we are pleased to be able to service most Graco-Matrix systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HMQ12061 by Manufacturer Grove-Gear as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Goss Brand GB21929 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Gould such as 70P1800 equipment made by Gould have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Gould products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Gould" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 1803120300 made by Haas as well as the popular 202B original spares produced by Grove

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 751M2 by Greenlee and 70P1800 spares by Gould are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 2062 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Gse.
