Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Gurley Precision Instruments P40020B parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Heidenhain products, including obsoleted and phased-out Harowe parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Heidenhain product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Heidenhain such as the 55811535 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 15BRCX600J43 manufactured by Harowe and we are pleased to be able to service most Harowe systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LS186C940 by Manufacturer Heidenhain as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Heidenhain Brand EXE808B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Halmar-Robicon such as 405591 equipment made by Halmar-Robicon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Halmar-Robicon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Halmar-Robicon" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available H4890P1385 made by Harland-Simon as well as the popular LIP101R original spares produced by Heidenhain

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HI7002221 by Hanna-Instruments and 405591 spares by Halmar-Robicon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original H4890P5009 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Harland-Simon.
