We service and repair Gusher 2-C and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Gusher 2-C include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the 2-C if necessary. Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Heidenhain products, including obsoleted and phased-out Harnischfeger parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Hes product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Heidenhain such as the 53639801 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 79U9L manufactured by Harnischfeger and we are pleased to be able to service most Harnischfeger systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1297E16 by Manufacturer Hes as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Harland-Simon Brand H4890P1444 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Heidenhain such as ROD14240031000 equipment made by Heidenhain have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Heidenhain products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Heidenhain" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 44565E11 made by Hangkai as well as the popular R0D original spares produced by Heidenhain
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RO7059000 by Heidenhain and ROD14240031000 spares by Heidenhain are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 0535034703 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Hardy.
