Haas Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Haas VHL and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Hengstler such as the 527188 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the EX702B manufactured by Heidenhain and we are pleased to be able to service most Heidenhain systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 55764916 by Manufacturer Heidenhain as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Hengstler Brand RI410 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Hengstler such as 0550437 equipment made by Hengstler have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Hengstler products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Hengstler" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 39092517 made by Heidenhain as well as the popular 22652031 original spares produced by Heidenhain
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HI6500WP10EIP by Hardy and 0550437 spares by Hengstler are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 5D01D0012 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Hi-speed.
