Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Hi Tech HT445 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Mettler products, including obsoleted and phased-out Isimet parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Renishaw product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Mettler such as the JTPA1160000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LA1215 manufactured by Isimet and we are pleased to be able to service most Isimet systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MI5 by Manufacturer Renishaw as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Ge Brand IC660HHM501L in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Exor such as M10SCE equipment made by Exor have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Exor products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Exor" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MTA100 made by Beijer as well as the popular NS12TS01 original spares produced by Omron

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LTC513660 by Bosch and M10SCE spares by Exor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original JZNC0P37 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Yasnac.
