Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Hi-z Corp ZB0724 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Forney products, including obsoleted and phased-out Accu-Sort parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Semitool product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Forney such as the 34727701 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1000052804 manufactured by Accu-Sort and we are pleased to be able to service most Accu-Sort systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 14828 by Manufacturer Semitool as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Royal-Switchgear Brand 19918 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Miller such as 98384 equipment made by Miller have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Miller products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Miller" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 28088 made by Marsh-Patrion as well as the popular 02810463001 original spares produced by Sorrento

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 24473 by Melec and 98384 spares by Miller are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 636806 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Allen-Bradley.
