Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Horizon Tech BLS-0024 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Hosiden-Stn-320240-Lcd-Display-Panel-Hlm6321 products, including obsoleted and phased-out Iai parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Hytork product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Hosiden-Stn-320240-Lcd-Display-Panel-Hlm6321 such as the Hosiden spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ISASYMA6016350T1AQ manufactured by Iai and we are pleased to be able to service most Iai systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SV21BY321 by Manufacturer Hytork as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Horizon-Tech Brand BLS0024 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Hyde-Park such as SC656A796 equipment made by Hyde-Park have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Hyde-Park products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Hyde-Park" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SIGA made by Hormle as well as the popular ISPAMXMA10010700T1AQ original spares produced by Iai

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HBLDS3MQ5 by Hubbell and SC656A796 spares by Hyde-Park are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original H360TD Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Hyundai.
